They dance Disco Hustle... Older dance then Salsa. Salsa have same arm combination so it look similar but footwork is what tell you that it is Hustle. They are really good.

On nearly every single dance I look up on youtube there is that comment about it being 'nothing'. Maybe I haven't seen the real thing, as you called it, but I enjoyed watching this a lot. I think the choreography was AMAAZING and so what if the dancer was smiling at the audience? It doesn't make anyone look bad. I think this was really good.
