haka has nothing to do with rugby, they (all blacks) use it in rugby to show dominance and intimidation for when they play.

there's a guide line for every culture and what it brings so before you bring all that crap about cultural heritage remember that there is a line that you crossed if your going to far

I want to clear something up. The Ka Mate predates the All Blacks. People here seem to think it came into existence specifically for the All Blacks. That's the case with Kapa O Pango, but not Ka Mate. The Ka Mate is actually a celebration of life and there's nothing wrong with other teams doing it. BYU doing the Kapa O Pango would be somewhat strange, since it mentions the warriors in black and silver fern.

Really? WTF. Rugby started by the British and brought to the island where the Haka was already being practiced by the Maori native. So, a sport started by white Europeans is the only thing allowed to the Haka? Sounds sooooooo much different than American Football to me. Again, the ignorance of All Black fans is astounding.

Haka is universal, is the power of the male heart united in strenght, coordination and a common goal. I like that people is watching to old traditions: we are warriors and we need warrior food---->Haka is a warrior food :)

in 2010, the byu football team had more players who were born in the Polynesian islands than the current new Zealand all blacks. its a fact, look it up.
