I don't get why Carlton is portrayed as such the "nerd." He's smart, athletic, can dance and sing, and he was pretty ripped back then.

I know what you mean! I'm a Superman fanatic, and hope to someday have a son, whom I can tell ALL ABOUT Clark Kent / Superman... But then I realized that some of the story would be LOST on him, because my son won't even know what a TELEPHONE BOOTH is. I'll have to PAUSE, just to EXPLAIN to him, "Back then, we had these PHONES outside, which were coin-operated, and connected to wires (yes WIRES), and that's where Clark Kent changed his clothes." I just watched the Glee version (loved it) but NOBODY can do the Carlton as good as the real Carlton. Gosh, I this makes me laugh and dance everytime I watch a rerun of this or something, and I'm pretty sure I'm too young to appreciate this show. (Btw I'm 12) I still love it though!
